Sometimes you just want to throw some veggies on a sheet, douse it in sauce, throw it in the oven and be done with it. We’ve got you covered. Onions and Brussels Sprouts make excellent roasting partners in this delicious and simple dish. Our Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts take less time to prepare than it does to set the table for dinner, making it a great and healthy weeknight dinner choice. For the garlic lovers out there, adding whole a clove or five of garlic to the baking sheet doesn’t hurt the flavor either!

Ingredients
  1. 4 cups Brussels Sprouts, halved
  2. 1 red Onion, sliced
  3. 4 cloves Garlic, crushed
  4. 4 tbsp Balsamic Vingear
  5. 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  6. 2 tsp Maple Syrup
  7. 4 tsp Whole Grain Mustard
  8. Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine wet ingredients with salt, pepper and garlic in a small bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, toss Brussels Sprout and Onions together. Mix vegetables with balsamic mixture until well-covered. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  4. Roast vegetables in the oven for 30 minutes, tossing once midway.
  5. Once done, allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
